I’m grateful to see the continued interest of people wanting to work with me 1:1. I’ve also come to terms that there’s no way I can serve this many wonderful folks in the way I want to. Instead, I wanted to compile a list of folks I have some connection with for you to check out. Everyone on this list, except for Loes, who I’m being coached by personally, I can’t endorse any of the below people in their personal coaching ability, although I feel a deep connection with the people I listed here. So my invitation is this: explore, see what you like and what’s a good fit for you. And thanks for stopping by!

Loes van Mierlo: Loes is my own personal coach at this time, and what can I say, she’s at the top of this list. She’s someone I admire and love deeply and who has helped me in some of my darkest and most confusing times and has consistently shown up for me in a way that I don’t have had the experience anyone ever has for me. I deem myself highly privileged to have the chance to sit down with her regularly and discuss life and its ups and downs.

Melody Wilding: I’ve only met Melody once in person, but felt a deep sense of trust in her ability to be with others.

Luis Miguel Gil: I’ve known Luis for a long time and trust his deep knowledge of mindfulness, emotional capacity, and playfulness.

Brian Wang: I don’t know Brian well, but feel a kinship of both of our journeys from the startup world into coaching and supporting others.

Jerry Colonna and the reboot team: Jerry has been around for a long time as a coach. I don’t know him well, except for a few brief, but deep encounters. I have formed a belief of his deep capacity to be with humans. Also, he’s let me know that there’s a team of Engagement Managers that are able to point people that are reaching out in the right direction within Reboot or for coaches elsewhere, that’s much more capacity I have to help people.

Ed Batista: I never met Ed in person, except for a few interactions on Twitter. I enjoy his writing and get a sense of his deep ability to be with humans.

Rich Litvin: I only talked with Rich in person once, briefly. His online resources around coaching and his writing, especially his book, have however impacted me deeply. I’m still tempted to send him money, even though we never formally worked together, because of how much his free, online teaching has helped me unlock.

Susan Choi: Susan comes highly recommended by someone I trust deeply and that’s why I’m adding her to this list.

Peter Hackmair: Peter is a German-speaking coach in Vienna, former pro athlete and someone I’ve gotten to know and trust.

Jakob Horvath: Jakob is another Geman speaking coach in Vienna, who I don’t know personally, but enjoyed reading some of his writing.

Coaches my own coach Loes recommended to me in the past with a focus on group coaching experiences:

Building Wild Life – An intentional community to connect, heal and rest

I’ve been looking for my next project for a while. Or more truthfully, I’ve been looking for what to do with my life for a while. The last experience that deeply energized me was building Buffer, a software company that got mightily successful in my eyes. And successful in a way that had heart and […]

Life advice from a book about raising dogs

I don’t have a dog. I’m thinking regularly about getting a dog as part of the intentional community I want to live. I realized how much I dislike the way my dad is raising his dog. There are commands, positive reinforcement, walks, all the usual stuff I’ve heard hundreds of times before when people talk […]

Radical Presence – An 8 Week Program to create a life you will mostly hate, occasionally love & definitely not feel indifferent about anymore

This is the saddest picture of me on the internet. I think it’s also the most honest one. When I see this picture, I feel happy and scared, because, with the help of the photographer who took it, I didn’t “modify” my facial expression in any way. I just let it hang loose and this […]
